3-Month Intensive
A concentrated three-month programme equivalent to the setup phase of Elite A, with weekly face-to-face access, two biometric rounds and upgrade protection.
Programme details
- Three-month intensive programme equivalent to the setup phase of Elite A.
- Minimum three face-to-face sessions/days with Lee each week.
- Online and telephone support 7am–7pm, subject to reasonable availability.
- Two biometric rounds: baseline and end of Month 3.
- Each round includes the AFT customised biomarker blood panel, DEXA and VO₂ max, with appointments arranged and paid for by AFT.
- Personalised analytics dashboard and lifetime access to recorded data.
- Upgrade protection to Elite A, with Programme C fees credited toward the applicable Elite A price.
