A hybrid route with an intensive face-to-face setup, virtual coaching after Month 1, three biometric rounds and upgrade protection to Elite A.
Programme details
- One-month intensive face-to-face setup.
- After Month 1, coaching continues virtually.
- Online and telephone support 7am–7pm, subject to reasonable availability.
- Three biometric rounds: baseline, midpoint and endpoint.
- Each round includes the AFT customised biomarker blood panel, DEXA and VO₂ max, with appointments arranged and paid for by AFT.
- Personalised analytics dashboard and lifetime access to recorded data.
- Upgrade protection to Elite A, with Programme B fees credited toward the applicable Elite A price.
